Ingredients

  1. 150gram cream
  2. 1/2 cupmilk chocolate
  3. 1/2 cupwhite chocolate
  4. 1 1/2 cup whipped cream
  5. 1 tsp Rose water
  6. 6gulab jamun
  7. As neededChopped pista
  8. As neededRose petals

  1. 1

    Chop both choclates

  2. 2

    Heat cream in pan

  3. 3

    Add chocolate in cream and stir when chocolate melt turn off gas

  4. 4

    Top with otLet it cool in freeze

  5. 5

    Add rose water in whipped cream and fold it in chocolate mix

  6. 6

    Now add one gulabjamun in serving glass

  7. 7

    Fill cream in piping bag and pipe it in glass

  8. 8

    Top with gulabjamun

  9. 9

    Garnish with pista and rose petal

  10. 10

    Serve cold
