Use Gardein Beefless strips found in frozen section of your market. They are Gardein Teriyaki Beefless Strips; however you will need to discard the sauce packet and marinate with the ingredients above. Before marinating place strips through skewers.

Marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.

Grill skewers on grill or grill plate.

Turning skewers until hot.

Plate skewers and garnish with lime and cilantro.
