  2. 1/2mango
  3. 1/2 cupblueberries
  4. 1/2 cupstrawberries
  5. 2 cupsmilk
  6. 2 tsphoney
  7. 1/2 cupice (if the fruits were not frozen)
  8. optional : chia seeds, peanut butter, cocoa powder, nuts
