Marinate chicken with salt and tomato puree for an hour.Make a paste of ginger and garlic, cashew nuts,sesame,curd and fresh cream.Heat oil and fry the onion golden brown and set aside.

Add ghee and sprinkle cumin and ajwain and half crushed whole garam masala.Add the ground masala and fry.Add kasoori methi and kitchen king masala.This is the basic masala which can be fried and refrigerated for few days for use in any paneer or mixed veg or chicken dishes.Add the chicken and toss.Add water and cook in low flame till done and oil leaves sides.Add fried onion and toss.Garnish with chopped coriander and slit green chillies.
