2large chicken breast
5 clovesgarlic (minced)
1 teaspoonginger(minced)
4scotch bonnet and half onion (grated)

Soak the skewers in water and keep aside,Wash your onions and bell peppers and cut into large cubes.wash and cut your chicken breast into large cubes,place the chicken breast into a large bowl add the scotch bonnet and onion,garlic and ginger,mayonaise,seasoning and spices mix everything well,allow it to marinate overnight.

Light your coal or preheat the grill,thread the chicken cubes and vegetables alternatively onto the skewers.

Oil the rack and grill the kebab on both side until chicken is well done.

Brush with some oil and serve hot
