  • 1 1/2tspn yeast
  • 3 tbspnsugar
  • Water
  • Pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a bowl add water and keep stirring until u achieve soft paste...not too thick not too watery..beat it very well,cover and allow it to rest for 30min.put oil in a pan when hot deflate the puff batter and scoop with hands into d oil fry both sides until golden brown.
