Ragi Diet Dosa

This is the easiest and super fast breakfast I ever made, so perfect for the busy mornings.
These crisp ragi dosas are better served with sambhar but I paired it up with coconut chutney and it was indeed a good combo too.

Steps

Put ragi flour and 1/3 cup water and mix using laddle. There should be no lumps left.

Now add remaining water and salt and mix well. The consistency of batter is like of flowing water.

Keep aside for 5-6 mins. Meanwhile the ragi flour settles down.

Grease pan using brush with ghee. After 5 mins, mix well and pour the laddle full batter onto greased pan.

Cover with lid and let it cook for 2-3 mins. Now flip and cook the other side too.

You will get 2 dosas out of this batter.
