Chana Dal vada /Bengal Gram fritters

Soak Bengal Gram Dal / chana dal for 2-3 hrs then rinse all the water in it, take a blender add chana dal, green chillies and ginger make a coarse paste of it without adding water.

Take the mixture in bowl and add all the remaining ingredients Except oil. Check for the seasoning..

Heat oil in kadai, wet your hands then take a peda size dough into your palms give it a patty shape then deep fry it from both sides.

Serve with chutney and non veg curries or have it with cup of hot tea
