Ingredients

  • 1 litremilk full fat
  • to tasteSugar acc
  • 1 tspSaffron threads
  • 1 tbspCorn flour
  • Nuts chopped
  • 2 tbspPistachios powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a deep pan boil milk

  2. 2

    When milk get boil medium the flame

  3. 3

    Mix corn flour with 1/4 cup water amd mix in milk

  4. 4

    Simmer on medium flame for 10 mins

  5. 5

    Add sugar powder and dry fruits chopped and saffron threads

  6. 6

    Now again simmer for next 15 mins

  7. 7

    Now add pistachios and turn off the flame

  8. 8

    Serve milk hot or chilled as per your taste

  9. 9

    Taste yum on both temp. Hot and cold
