Place the chicken in the pan and add salt, black pepper, saffron, cilantro, parsley, garlic, the bouillon cube, and olive oil.

Cook the chicken on the stove for 3 minutes. Cut the vegetables lengthwise, except for the onions and tomatoes, which should be sliced into rounds.

Take the tagine and place the onions first, then the tomatoes, followed by the chicken. Leave the spices in the pan, then arrange the vegetables as shown in the picture.

In the final step, add a little water to the pan, stir, and pour it over the vegetables. Cover the tagine, reduce the heat, and let it cook until done.
