Ingredients

  1. As neededIdli batter
  2. As neededGreen orange Food colour
  3. 1 tspAjwain
  4. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take the idli batter and divide it into 3 parts.

  2. 2

    To one part add orange food colour and to other add green food colour.keep the 3rd one as it is.

  3. 3

    Place the white batter in center in the idli mould covered with orange on 1 side and green on other. This step.requires quick hand activity else one batter cover the whole mould.

    Similarly fill all the moulds and place in on gas via cooker.

  5. 5

    After 10mints, de mould the idli and serve with sambhar and chuney.
