Ingredients

1 cupfresh curd
1cucumber grated
to tasteBlack salt/ Rock salt
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
some fresh coriander chopped

Steps

First grate cucumber in a bowl, in another bowl add curd and whisk well.

Add salt, black pepper powder and cumin powder to the whisked curd bowl and mix well.

Add grated cucumber and fresh chopped coriander leaves, mix and serve cool.
