Ingredients

4 persons
  1. 250 gmsemolina
  2. 1 tablespoonsurad dal
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Soak udad dal for 2 hours

    Mix Semolina and curd in a bowl allow it to rest for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Grind udad dal in a mixer and make a fine paste

  4. 4

    Grind semolina and curd mixture

  5. 5

    Mix both semolina and udad dal better add salt

  6. 6

    Add water and make thin batter

  7. 7

    Heat dosa tava and pour 1 tablespoon batter on it and spread it in round shape

  8. 8

    Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon oil on it and roast it on medium flame

  9. 9

    Serve hot with coconut chutney
