Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupmaida
  3. 2 teaspoonssalt
  4. 2 teaspoonsred chilli powder
  5. 2 teaspoonsmint powder
  6. 2 teaspoonscumin seeds
  7. 4 tablespoonsghee

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes.
  1. 1

    Mix wheat flour and maida and make a semi soft dough.Cover and leave for 15 minutes.

    Make 2 equal sized balls.Roll one ball on rolling board,spread 1teaspoon each of salt chilli powder,mint powder and cumin seeds.Pour 1 tablespoon ghee over it and mix all things on roti.

    Roll the paratha as shown in picture.Again roll to form a disc.

    Roll to a paratha,cook on a warm tawa on medium flame.When half cooked add ghee and fry till golden and crispy.

    Serve hot with raita/achar.
