Ingredients

  • 200 gramsgobhi finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1boiled mashed potato
  • Little dry curry leaves chopped or crushed
  • As per tasteGinger chilli crushed
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • As requiredRed chilli powder
  • SomeCoriander chopped if u want
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspaamchur powder
  • For dough
  • 1 bowlWheat flour
  • As requiredSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspFlax seed
  • 1/2 tspCumin seed
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • As requiredWater to make dough
  • Optional(if u want u can apply oil on paratha also and cook nicely both side with oil on tawa)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients nicely and prepare stuffing.

    Mix all ingredients and make dough for paratha.

    Take small ball of dough roll it apply ghee than add stuffing and sprinkle dry flour.

    Than again make ball and role it.

    Then nicely cook on both side and apply ghee on the top and serve it hot with curd pickle or any choice of your chutney.
