Ingredients

  1. for stuffing:-
  2. 250 gramscauliflower florets
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tablespoonGreen chilli and garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 3/4 tspcoriander powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. for outer covering dough:
  10. 2 cupswheat flour
  11. 1 tspSalt
  12. as required Water to prepare soft dough

Cooking Instructions

    For the stuffing:- Finely grate the cauliflower,heat the oil, add garlic chilli paste,saute well.Add grated cauliflower florets,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,Salt and mix well

    In big bowl add flour, salt mix well,Gradually add water and knead to prepare soft dough,Place the pan on gas to heat

  3. 3

    Roll out paratha,place 2-3 tsp stuffing on the paratha,wrap it up from all the sides

  4. 4

    Now coat the stuffed ball in dry flour,Roll the thin paratha

  5. 5

    Cook from both the sides,cut into pieces

  6. 6

    Cauliflower stuffed paratha ready to served.
