Ingredients

  • 2 tspcooking oil
  • 1 tspsemi crushed garlic
  • 1 tspcreamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tspfinely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tspperi peri masala
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspvinegar
  • 1/8 th cup homemade low fat paneer crumbled
  • 3-4 dropscapsico sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take oil, once the oil heats up add garlic and saute it for 30 seconds.

    Then add peri peri masala and again sauté it for 10-15 seconds, then add finely chopped parsley and saute it for another 10 seconds.

    Now add peanut butter and mix well, and cook for 1 minute. the sauce will get it's texture from peanut butter only, if you want a thinner sauce add little water.

    Now add salt and capsico sauce mix well cook the sauce for another minute and then switch off the gas, then add vinegar and mix well.

    Now stir in the homemade paneer give it a final mix and serve hot
