Steps for puri:
Knead a soft dough and rest for a while.
Now divide into small balls and roll into round shape & heat the oil & fry the puri well. - 2
Steps for bhindi:
Take a pan and heat the oil at low flame for few minutes. Now add mustard seed after few seconds add chopped bhindi and green chilli in the pan.After 5-10 minutes add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric and cumin coriander powder in mixed vegetables.
Mix it and Fry it for 5-6 minutes.
Your bhindi is ready.

Steps for kadhi:
Take one bowl add sour curd, besan, ginger garlic chilli paste and salt churn with hand blender pour 1 glass water or more for required consistency.Keep one kadhai on flame add oil mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves let all fried for a few minutes add asafoetida mix and immediately pour curd mixture into the tadka.
Boil kadhi for 8-10 minutes stirred continuously. Add chopped coriander leaves. Now kadhi is ready to serve. Serve with pulav.

Steps for white pulav:
Heat up the oil in kadhai on medium flame. Add jeera and hing. then add onions and cook till it turns translucent. Now add carrots and capsicum, cook for a minute.Add green chillies and green peas. Mix well, add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Now add boiled potatoes and cooked basmati rice. Mix all well and cook for a minute. Turn off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
