Cooking Instructions

Keep all the veggies cut and ready on plate.

Wash the lapsi and toor dal and keep.Now add the veggies Curry leaves chilli powder turmeric powder and bisibelabath powder.

Pour 4 glasses of water mix and keep for four whistles.

Add oil in Kadhai add the mustard seeds then sauté the finely chopped coconut then add tamarind extract and boil for two mins. Now once the pressure cools down add this tadka and cook for five mins on slow flame. Serve with raita.

For raita take chopped onions and grated cucumber in a bowl then add one cup of curds to it.Lastly add a tadka of mustard seeds and urad dhal to it with a pinch of hing.Serve both lapsi bisibelabath and raita together.
