Marinate meat 1 hour with yogurt ginger garlic and chilli paste add lemon and all spices mentioned in above ingredients.

Take a pan add 1 table spoon oil add all marination into pan and cook until beef is tender.

Smoke with coal by using folic sheet and set aside for cool.

Take a stick attach 4 or 5 peaces of boti without any gap.

In a pan add remaining oil and fried the stick with egg till its colour will be golden and fried all stick.

Ready to eat with raita.
