Soak chana overnight,boil with little for 15 minutes.Ready 2 potatoes boiled too.

Heat ghee in pot add finely chopped onions,saute.Add ginger paste saute light brown,add grated tomatoes stir fry one minute add turmeric and salt

Now add the powdered spices,stir fry well.add garam masala here

Add boiled potatoes stir mix lightly,add the boiled Chick peas now mix lightly add 1/2cup water.Cover cook 5 minutes

Garnish with chopped coriander

Serve Hot with roti phulka paratha
