Take a pan and add mutton with all above ingredients.

Saute it on high flame until all the masalas are cooked and no raw flavour is left.

Add water and let it cook on low flame or pressure cook it until meat gets tender.

I prefer pressure cooker, because the meat is usually done in 20 min.

Then open the cover and add yogurt and lemon juice, saute until all the water dries.

Garnish with green chillies and corriander. Serve with chappati, nan or pita bread and sirkay wali pyaz. Enjoy
