Wash and drain mutton,take in a pan.Add ginger paste,tea leaves paste,salt,curd and mustard oil.Mix with hand.Leave for 30 minutes.

Now add other spices and onion paste.Mix thoroughly

Add papaya paste and mix well.Leave for10-15 minutes,depending on the quality of meat.Heat oil in a tawa,fry mutton on medium flame till golden brown.Fry mutto pieces in batches of 4-5 pieces.Serve with salad.
