Cooking Instructions

We have to marinate the chicken with curd lime juice and little bit of ginger garlic paste and add little oil.

After some time we will add the oil with butter and then add all the garam masala.

We will add all the chopped onion and let it cook for 5 mins till it get a little soft and then will add the marinated chicken in it.

After some time we will add all the powder masalas chilli paste and Cashew paste and mis it well.
- 5
We will cover it for 5-10 mins and allow it to cook.
- 6
After that we will add some garam masala and mix it week and will serve it hot.

I received a request for this curry's recipe, but it's a curry usually served at restaurants (i.e. not a home-cooked dish), so I tried to make it based on my past experiences eating it, and some research I did with books and the Internet. I aimed for these 3 things: 1. not covered with oil, 2. as healthy as possible, 3. a satisfying taste.
