Ingredients

  • 1 kgLamb
  • 50 gmLamb fat
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 2 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1 tspBlack papper
  • 1 tspCoriander seeds
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 750 gmTomatoes
  • 2 tspGarlic chopped
  • 2 tspGinger chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan pour oil in it.

  2. 2

    Add lamb fats and fry them a lil bit.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped garlic and ginger sauted it well

  4. 4

    Add lamb meat and cook.umtil half done.

  5. 5

    Then add tomatoes and spices together.

  6. 6

    Bhonofied it till the oil comes.

  7. 7

    Serve it with naan.raita
