You can soak your ox liver in milk to make it more juicy inside.

In your pan add oil and Onion to fry until lightly brown. After take them out to a bowl and on the same pan start to fry your ox liver 5-6minutes on both side..don't leave them to long because ox liver dries to quickly.

On the last minute of the liver add your Onions, coriander spice, paprika and season with salt and pepper. Add little bit of water (2tablespoon) and close with a lid and simmer for 2minutes.

On a small pot pour water and boil your potatoes. After they are cooked drain remaining water, add butter and little bit of fresh milk..whipped with your wood spoon and fluffy and puffy...season with salt.
