Steps

Heat butter in a pan and add onions, capsicum and corns. You may add any veggies of your choice!

Saute them well and add salt, red chilli, garam masala to it. You can substitute green chillies with red also.

After this add tomato puree or grinded tomatoes to the mixture.

Mix well and put it on low flame and add milk slowly in a small amount.

Let it mix on tge flame till the milk mix well and forms a creamy mixture. (Milk here is a substitute for cream)

Add oregano and turn of the flame. Apply the mixture on bread, add cheese on top of it and Grill.

Hot and ready to serve.
