Pineapple halwa

Using mixie jar, Crush the pineapple to a smooth consistency.

Heat ghee and add sooji. Stir it on a low flame. In another vessel keep the water to boil.

When sooji is properly roasted, the colour will be change and it will release nice aroma.

Now add crushed pineapple and hot water to it. Stir it well so that no lumps remains.

Add sugar to it. After sugar is mixed well, remove it from the gas.

Garnish it with Pineapple pieces and serve.
