Golgappay is an all time favourite of all. Here instead of water i have used fresh juices. By adding lemon jice and little black salt these sweet and tangy homemade juices are just perfect to be filled in puffed beauties along with fine chunks of fruit

Mix suji and salt in a bowl and use lukewarm water to knead Add maida and knead with light hand. Cover with cling and leave for 15 mins

Knead again It should be neither soft nor tight

Roll into a big disc and cut small small rounds and keep them covered in a towel cloth

Heat up the oil. and fry the golgappas by pouring oil on top continuously to make them puff up

Fill the golgappas with finely chopped fruit and juice and enjoy
