Melt ghee in a heavy broad pan.

Add besan. Keep stirring on low flame for 15 minutes till the colour changes to golden brown.

Add sugar stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes.

Switch off the flame. Add saffron & cardamom powder. Stir for some more time.

Transfer in a flat dish, wait till the mixture cools a little.
- 6
Divide into equal portions & make small laddoos.
