Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. As neededDry fruits you can like badam cashews kishmish
  4. 1 tablespoonElaichi powder
  5. 1/2 cupghee
  6. 2 1/2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add water and heat aap to they will come boil

  2. 2

    Indian kadai add ghee and heat it then add wheat flour anda fry in the low flame the colour the brown colour will appear then add boiled water and mix slowly when the water will be observed totally then add sugar elaichi powder and dry fruits and mix slowly they will become tight up to mix it...

  3. 3

    The halwa is ready and garnish with badam....
