Steps

In a pan add 2 liter water in it & add mutton in it.

Take all the spice in a pot that is onion, ginger, garlic, fennel, coriander, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon sticks & put that pot in the mutton pan.

In a separate pan add ghee & onion in it. When the onion get golden brown take a small amount out of the pan.

Now add ginger garlic paste cumin seeds salt & red chilli & mutton in it &cook.

Add yogurt & again cook well.

Now add mutton stock,lemon juice & rice.

When the stock get dried add food colour & golden fry onion on in it.

Cover it & let it cook on slow flame for 15 minutes. Garnish with tomato & coriander.
