Ingredients

  1. 150 gms(kasa hua narial)
  2. 100 gmsbesan
  3. 300 gramspowdered sugar
  4. as requiredGreen food colour
  5. 1/2 cupmalai

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, saute narial and besan separately in Kadhai.

  2. 2

    Then mix them and add sugar in it and take a large bowl and add malai and food colour in it.

  3. 3

    Mix it and gradually add mixture in it and mix well.

  4. 4

    Take a modak mould and add mixture in it and take out the modak.

  5. 5

    Garnish it with powdered sugar.
