Before my father died, he taught me a thing or 2 about cooking. He was brilliant in the kitchen and always made some amazing dishes. This is vegetable soup he made but we called it garbage can soup lol we always had a great time making it and in between the steps, we would play games or just talk. Crockpot Beef Roast that is so good and easy! Put it over noodles, mashed potatoes, or make a sandwich!

I had some left over roast and not enough tater tots. So, this recipe was made up on the fly. You can adjust anything in here to your preference.

This dish is quick, easy, and cheap! It's a delicious recipe that will feed a family of 4 easily. Definitely give this a try if you love beef stroganoff. It doesn't disappoint!

Very simple. Small chuck roast, mushrooms, onion, beef broth, seasonings, wide egg noodles...

If you want to make it stretch even more you can serve over mashed potatoes and a slice of bread. You may also substitute ground beef or shredded chicken or tuna.

I found this recipe on an online forum and it became one our favorites! I love how easy it can be to make such a tender pot roast!

I use my electric pressure cooker to make this and it is fabulous! Kind of a mock beef burgundy. You could make it on the stove top or braise in the oven instead. Time will just take at least 2 hrs.

Delicious as is or you can mash the potatoes and serve the roast over it. You can also add in carrots when you add in the potatoes

I like to use left overs to make new meals. So if you make spaghetti one night and you use up the spaghetti and have a lot of meat sauce left over try this recipe out.
