Ingredients

  1. 1.5 lbsBeef Roast
  2. 1 pkgFrozen Egg Noodles
  3. 2 pkgKnorr Brand Beef Stock
  4. 1 PacketOnion Soup Mix
  5. 1 tspOnion Powder
  6. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  7. 1/2 CanBeer

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    If using fresh meat, cook roast in crockpot with onion soup mix and beer. Shred.
    If using leftovers, re-hydrate meat in crockpot with beer and soup mix.

    Add seasonings, salt, and pepper to the beer-y meat.

  3. 3

    Add noodles and one package of beef stock, cook until noodles are done, adding additional water and beef stock as needed, if the noodles soak up too much water.

    Serve warm over mashed potatoes.
