Ingredients

  • 2 gPowdered agar
  • 80 ccJapanese ume plum syrup
  • 25 gBeet sugar
  • 200 ccwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Put water and agar in a pan and boil for about 2 minutes.

    Add beet sugar and dissolve, add syrup and mix.

    Pour it into a cup and cool it in the refrigerator when it gets rough.
