Ingredients

  • 100 gmssoaked wadia
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes and green chillies
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededsalt
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tspghee
  • as requiredwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a grinder jar add all ingredients except Wadia and grind it.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in pressure cooker add grind paste and saute it 4-5 minutes. Then add all spices and mix it.

  3. 3

    Then add Wadia and mix it and add water and cook it 2-3 whistles. It is ready to serve it.
