For filling mix together all the ingredients and keep aside

For ghawla: In a bowl pour milk, egg,flour, sugar, zarda colour and baking powder. Mix together all the ingredients and leave it for 45 minutes. In a nonstick fry pan pour this mixture with a big spoon and spread the mixture. Put 1tsp oil in the corner and cook then change the side and cook again. Remove and put in plate. Then put filling in it and roll the ghawla like rolls.
