  1. 1 pack (12pics ) pavs
  2. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
  3. 2 tablespoonsmoong sprouts
  4. 1 tablespoonred and yellow capsicum each
  5. 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
  6. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped carrots
  7. 1 tablespoonboiled corns
  8. To tasteSalt and pepper according
  9. 1 teaspoonoregano
  10. 1 cupprocessed cheese
  11. 1 tablespooncoriander leaves
  12. 1/2 cupmozeralla cheese
  13. 1 tablespoonButter
  14. As requiredPomegranate kernels for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Heat butter in a pan and saute onions till golden.

    Now add sprouts and rest veggies. Keep sauting on medium flame till water evaporates. Add tomato, corns and spices too. Saute for another 2 minutes.

    Now keep aside this mixture to cool down.

    Take pav loaf and cut criss-cross on all over top. Don't cut till bottom.

    Now fill ready mixture in these cuts and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese too in cuts all over.

    Bake pav loaf till cheese melts nicely. Now baked sprouts pav loaf is ready.

    Sprinkle coriander leaves and pomegranate kernels on top and serve immediately with sauces of your choice.
