Mix Veg is one of the most special and favorite dish of Indian families. Vegetarian as well as Non-Vegetarian families save this recipe for special occasions.

Put some oil in the pre-heated frying pan.
Add chopped onion in the pan and fry it until it gets golden brown.
Now, take the fried onion out of the pan and grind it well in a grinder/mixer to make paste.
Now, again pour some oil in the pan and let it heat.
Add chopped cauliflower in the pan and fry it until it starts to look golden brown and take it out of the pan as well.
Now, put sliced potatoes in the pan and fry it well and then take it out of the pan as well.
Now, put the chee - 2
Put cumin in the hot oil.
Now, add tomato puree in the pan and stir it for five straight minutes.
Now, add turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt(as per need) in the pan and mix all the spices well.
Add ginger-garlic paste in the mix.
Now, add grinded onion paste that you have prepared earlier.
Fry it and stir the spices well until the oil gets separated.
Now, add peas.
Add beans.
Add sliced carrot.
Add chopped capsicum. - 3
Now, add small amount of water and close the lid for 5 minutes.
Now, add fried cauliflower, cheese cubes, potatoes in the pan.
Pour small amount of water in the pan and mix it well and then close the lid for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the dish.
Sprinkle coriander leaves over the dish.
The delicious ‘Mix Veg’ is ready to be served and flavor your occasion.
