Boil the vegetables well in a cooker.
Pour Desi Ghee in the pan and heat it on medium flame.
Put cumin in the pan.
Add asafoetida.
Add onions.
Add turmeric.
Add coriander powder.
Add ginger-garlic paste.
Add green chilli.
Last but not the least, add salt.
Now, mix it all well and fry all the spices on medium flame.
Now, add sliced tomatoes in the pan and fry the mix well until the tomatoes and onion becomes putrefied and soft.

Now, add the key of the recipe, the Pav Bhaji masala in the mix and stir it for 2 minutes.
Now, pour the boiled vegetables all in the pan along with the vegetable stock.
Now, mash all the vegetables well with the help of a ladle and then close the lid for 5 minutes until the oil gets separated.
Now, take another pan and grease it with Desi Ghee.
Now, put the Buns/Pavs on the pan and bake it roughly.
