Ingredients

  • Potato
  • Peas
  • Cauliflower
  • Carrot
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Green Chilli
  • Pav Bhaji Masala
  • Turmeric
  • Coriander Powder
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Asafoetida/Hing

Steps

  1. 1

     Boil the vegetables well in a cooker.
     Pour Desi Ghee in the pan and heat it on medium flame.
     Put cumin in the pan.
     Add asafoetida.
     Add onions.
     Add turmeric.
     Add coriander powder.
     Add ginger-garlic paste.
     Add green chilli.
     Last but not the least, add salt.
     Now, mix it all well and fry all the spices on medium flame.
     Now, add sliced tomatoes in the pan and fry the mix well until the tomatoes and onion becomes putrefied and soft.
    

    Now, add the key of the recipe, the Pav Bhaji masala in the mix and stir it for 2 minutes.
     Now, pour the boiled vegetables all in the pan along with the vegetable stock.
     Now, mash all the vegetables well with the help of a ladle and then close the lid for 5 minutes until the oil gets separated.
     Now, take another pan and grease it with Desi Ghee.
     Now, put the Buns/Pavs on the pan and bake it roughly.
    Your Delicious Pav Bhaji is ready to make an awesome impression in your mouth.
