Steps

Take one cup of chopped cabbage in a bowl.
Add chopped carrot into it.
Add minced cheese.
Add chopped spring onions.
Add corn flour.
Add salt in it.
Now, mix the ingredients properly and evenly with hand.
Now, make small balls off the paste.
Now, fry the cabbage balls deep on medium flame till it becomes brown.
Now, pour some oil in another pan.
Add crushed garlic in the oil.
Add crushed ginger and fry it well.
Now, add dissolved corn flour in the pan. - 2
Add water into it.
Add tomato ketchup in it.
Add soya sauce.
Add white vinegar.
Add red chili powder.
Add salt as per need and stir it well.
Now, add onion shells.
Add chopped spring onion and mix it well.
Now, put fried cabbage balls into it and let them soak the flavor.
Your Cabbage- Manchurian is ready to serve.
