Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspVanilla flavored Custard powder -
  2. 4 tablespoons or as requiredSugar
  3. 500 mlMilk
  4. 3 cupsSliced mangoes
  5. As requiredCopped Dry fruits for garnishing (your fav dry fruits)

Cooking Instructions

    Take custard powder in a bowl. Add about cool milk to this and mix until it forms a smooth paste. Take the remaining milk in a sauce pan and heat it. When it begins to boil, add the sugar.

    Reduce the heat and slowly add the custard mixed milk. Keep stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed. Cook on low heat with constant stirring for about 3-5 minutes. The custard milk will thicken and the raw flavor disappears.

    Switch off the stove and keep ready custard milk aside until it cool (if need chilled, you can refrigerate it). While serving put some mango slices in serving glass or bowl and pour custard milk on it, again add some more mango slices and mixed chopped nuts. And enjoy.
