Ingredients

  1. 4 cupscauliflower (Gobi)
  2. 1large onion chopped
  3. 2large Green Chillies finely chopped
  4. 2 tablespoonsGarlic ginger paste
  5. 3 teaspoonsCoriander leaves
  6. 250 mlTomato sauce
  7. 1/2 cupsoya sauce
  8. 3/4 cupCorn flour
  9. 3/4 cupall purpose flour
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 2 tspChilli powder
  12. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  13. As requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare a batter out of Corn flour, maida [All purpose flour], chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt
    Now dip the gobi in this batter and deep fry and keep it aside.

    Take a pan and add about oil to it. Then add onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies and fry them till the onions turn slightly brown.Then remove and keep aside.

    Now add the tomato sauce, to this also add soya sauce, chilli powder and saute for about 8 minutes.
    Then when it starts to bubble add all the fried gobi and the onion mixture and saute it nicely.

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and it's ready to be serve.
