Boil water to be used for double boiler. Pour egg whites, salt and sugar mix until foamy.

Over low heat put the mixing bowl on the double boiler. Sugar should be fully dissolved.

Continue mixing until the mixture reaches it temperature of 60°c
- 4
Using a medium to high speed untill glossy stiff peaks form. Add the butter.
