Sab se pehly dry ingredients ko mix kar lain.

Phir oil ya ghee shamil kar lain.

Ab zaroorat ke mutabik dodh se soft dough tayar kar lain. Aur 10 se 15 minutes rest dain.

Ab apni pasand ke mutabik gulab jamun bana kar fry kar lain.

Size mein Duble ho jae aur brown ho jain to nikal lain.

Ab chinni ka Shera tayar karne ke liye high flame pe paka lain.sath hi choti Elaichi bhi daal dain.

Chinni ache se Hal ho jae to flame off kar dain. (serup zayada nahi pakana bass chinni Hal karni hai.)

Sheera ban Jae to garam garam mein hi gulab jamun 15 se 20 minutes ke liye soak kar lain.

Mazedaar rahjistani gulab jamun tayar hain.
