✏Wash, peel and finely chop all the veggies.

✏In a pan, add some water and bring it boil.

Now switch off the flame and add the copped veggies in boiling water and cover with a lid.

✏This will soften the veggies without taking away the nutrition value of vegetables.

✏You can add hard vegetables in the water first, and veggies like capicum few minutes later so that they remain crunchy...

After aprox 10 minutes, drain off the water completely using a strainer.

✏Now add the vegetables to curd, add in salt, pepper.Filling is ready.

✏Apply this to your favourite bread, and serve with drink of your choice
