Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupsTofu, crumbled
  2. 2 cupsSpinach, Finely chopped
  3. 1 cupOnion, Finely chopped
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 2 tspGreen chilli, Finely chopped
  6. 1 tspGinger, Finely chopped
  7. 2 tbspSemolina
  8. 1 cupCorn flakes
  9. as neededOil – To deep fry

  1. 1

    Grind half quantity of tofu for a second in a dry mixie jar.

  2. 2

    Transfer the ground tofu to a large bowl. Add the remaining part of tofu alongwith the rest of the ingredients as mentioned in the list of items for ” Tofu and Spinach Balls” (except cornflakes powder and oil)

  3. 3

    Mix it well to form a soft dough. Make small size round shaped balls of the dough.

  4. 4

    Roll these balls in cornflakes powder to bind properly.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan. Carefully fry the balls in batch-wise over a low to medium flame until they turn golden brown in colour and are cooked well from inside.

  6. 6

    Transfer the fried tofu and spinach balls onto a plate. The Tofu - spinach balls taste amazing when consumed with tomato sauce!
