Cannoli, a very popular Italian Sicily pastry which is filled with sweetened ricotta have become a staple of Sicilian as well as Italian American cuisine. Giving twist to this favourite dessert, i have used fresh fruit srikhand as stuffing instead of ricotta. Also as vegetarian have skipped eggs and wine. So enjoy this my version of Cannoli Indiana..
