Ingredients

  1. 3 stalkScallions
  2. Minced garlic
  3. 4chopped chilli
  4. 2 teaspoonslight soy sauce
  5. 1 teaspoonOyster Sauce
  6. 1 TablespoonSweet Dark Soy Sauce
  7. 1/8 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Deep fried the chopped scallion until wilted and set aside

  2. 2

    Stir fry garlic until brown

  3. 3

    Add chilli and fry a while

  4. 4

    Add the fried Scallion and seasonings

  5. 5

    Mix well and it's ready to be served
