Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  • 2 cupbasmati rice
  • 1/4 cuppeanut
  • 1 tbspgrated coconut
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 4-6curry leaves
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2whole red chillies

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash & boil the rice.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a karahi,add mustard seeds,whole red chillies & curry leaves. When they crackle up add all the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Now add boiled rice but first drain the water from it.mix well.Serve hot
